What a letdown

So its Tuesday October 2nd......and still no new information.  I wish I could atleast share something like a time frame when they planned on updating us on the status next but nothing.  and from what it sounds like not only are they keeping us the consumers in the dark but also their own customer service support staff.  they will only find out anything about 2 hours before we do on facebook/twitter.  I will keep checking and hopefully with be able to post something hopeful and upbeat soon.  Until then...
